Amelia - we went to the pool, I made friends from England and San Francisco, I went bungee jumping, we made crafts, we played ping pong, pool, basketball, soccer and even rock climbed.

Nicolaus -It was kid heaven.They had pool,ping pong,two computers,a xbox and a xbox 360,and last air hockey.And I met and maid new friends all over the world.Sum from

England,Canada,and new york.We also went tons of places.Like the beach,the pool,World Cafe.All of us did fun activity's,like soccer ,swimming,sand castles,bungee trampoline,and dancing and singing.I LIKED kids club.

December 19th Curtis and I completed our final dive for our
PADI Scuba Certification.

Daniel our dive instructor was the best. If you ever want to become a certified scuba diver, I recommend you look up Daniel at Maya Diving.
He was key in me not giving up and getting over my fear of water.

I still stand with I do not like water, but it sure is amazing exploring the world below.

Five men, each representing the five elements of the indigenous world climb atop a pole, one of them stays on the pole playing a flute and dancing while the remaining four descend the pole with a rope tied by one of their feet. The rope unwraps itself 13 times for each of the four flyers, symbolizing the 52 weeks of the year

According to legend, a long drought covered the Earth so five men decided to send Xipe Tote, the God of fertility a message, asking them for the rain to return. They went to the forest and looked for the straightest tree, cut it, and took it back to their town. They removed all branches and placed it on the ground, then dressed themselves as feet/birds and descended flying attempting to grab their God's attention. It is believed that this ritual began over 1,500 years ago, and later on was disguised as a sort of game to protect their customs from the Spanish Priests.

A day in the town of Tulum

Nicolaus - this is the day we went to Tulum.We went shopping and this is my favourite thing i got. I got a wooden carved snake. It is in the picture above.

Amelia - We went to the bakery and ate some pastries. We had lunch at a side walk diner.

Amelia - we are eating alot of guacamole.

Guacamole

6 Avocado
3 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1/2 cup cilantro
2 limes
2 chilies
salt

Mash avocado, mix in chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, peppers
Add juice of lime and salt to taste

Serve with chips.

Nicolaus - me and my mom made up a game called hidden lizards. We have found a couple so far. I think this is a fun game so far.But we are not done yet.

Amelia - when holding the big lizardf it felt scaley and heavey.
